Preparatory program
Before each compression and traction procedure, a preparatory program is carried out to develop muscles, ligaments and joints. Preparation takes 35-40 minutes, basic techniques - 5-7 minutes

Soft practices for contraindications
For elderly patients or those with contraindications to chiropractic methods, traction methods are not used at all. In such cases, we use exclusively soft massage practices.

Diagnostics by “sound”
Before proceeding with manual manipulation, the master chiropractor conducts a thorough diagnosis of the tissues, determining their condition by “sounding”. Only after this it becomes clear how to influence a particular painful area.
